They can click print and the print box comes up. Then when they click print, it disappears with no sign of the document appearing in the print queue. I am able to print the exact PDF documents fine with Windows Edge Browser, or using Quick Print from file explorer.

It is not. I have checked EVERYTHING that I can think of. When the print dialogue comes up, the “print as black” is not checked. Looking at the printer setup/properties, it is selected to print in color. I cannot think of anything that is letting acrobat print these documents in black while the other application I mentioned let them print in color.

PDFs do not print in color. I’m using Windows 10 and have a color printer and my document is in color. Viewing the document in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (and also in print preview), it shows it in color.
