Meeting codes expire 365 days after last use. If someone uses the code within the 365 day window, then it will add another 365 days to the shelf life. Meeting code generated by speaking into your Nest device and saying “Hey, Google start a meeting” expires 365 days after last use.
How long does a link stay active in GSuite?
For standard gsuite accounts, a link will remain active for 90 days after it’s last use. If using gsuite for education account, and using ‘nickname’ or classroom links, the Meet ‘code’ will expire shortly after each Meet, and although the ‘link’ can be reused, it does generate a new code/URL each time it is used.
