How to make changes to issues in Jira in bulk?

Select Bulk change in Jira in the Bulk actions menu to make changes directly to issues in Jira Software. You can edit, move, transition, delete, watch, and stop watching issues while in the context of a plan. Removing issues that exist in Jira Software from your Advanced Roadmaps plan won’t effect the issue date saved in your instance.

Ensure that the JIRA Issue item is selected at the left of the dialog box. Below the Issue field, click on the search for an issue link to specify a JQL query which regroups the issues you want to link to the current one. Click on the link Advanced Search from the Find JIRA issues window. Enter the specific JQL query and select the issues.

Adjust the search criteria to show the appropriate list of issues. Select more (•••) and choose Bulk Change all issues. Select the issues you’d like to perform the bulk operation on, and select Next. Once you’ve done this, you can move on to transition, delete, move, edit, or watch/unwatch issues.
