Unlike programs like Premiere Pro or Premiere Elements, Rush doesn’t save its projects as individual files on your device’s hard drive. It saves it as part of a database on your system. I don’t believe it’s possible to locate a specific Rush project file on your Mac, even if it is saved locally.
If you’re on a Win 10 setup, check out the following path: C: Users[youruseraccount]DocumentsAdobe, premiere rush, and managed mediaassets. Inside, you should find a folder for each local Rush project you’ve created on your machine (each has a long random character name) containing the sequence’s proxy media: Likes.
By default, the file is saved to the Converted Rush projects folder on your machine. If you want to save the file elsewhere, use File > Save as, and navigate to a location of your choice.

The most usefull answer is: on a given device, you see only the projects for the account that Premiere Rush is logged into. When you open the project, a blue circular icon appears in the upper right title bar of the application.

This of course begs the question “Why can’t I download media from Premiere Rush?”
One way to think about this is if you switch away from Premiere Rush while media is downloading, it can fail if Premiere Rush is downloading from Creative Cloud Files. If this scenario occurs, close the project, and reopen it. Always close your project on any device you are using, before you open the project on another device.
Make sure you have project syncing turned on in Premiere Rush. Project Sync is enabled by default. If it’s turned off, the project is not available to open in Premiere Pro. Make sure your Premiere Pro version is Premiere Pro version 13.0 or later (older versions are not compatible).

If your storage space is exceeded, you can still use Rush and create projects. However, new projects and any media you add to new or existing projects do not sync to Creative Cloud. So, any devices other than the one where the clips are created/located cannot be used.
Where can I find the project file location?
Right-click anything in the Project panel, select “Reveal project in Explorer (Finder)”, and it will navigate to the project file. “File/Project/Scratch Disks” will show it.
