In Microsoft Forms, you can easily view all of the response data for your form or quiz in Microsoft Excel. An Excel workbook with your response data will be downloaded to your desktop or stored in One. Drive, depending on the starting point of your form or quiz. Where is my Excel workbook stored?, and that depends.
Where is data stored in Dataverse?
It would be stored in the the same data center as the rest of your Dataverse environments (if you have any), or in the same country as your M365 environment. Which country is data from Forms stored in? – I would imagine they have different data centres for Forms and likely also tied to the country that your main Microsoft 365 is stored.
