Store Microsoft Forms responses in a SQL Server table. When a response is submitted through Microsoft Forms, store the submitted form data in a SQL Server table. The table must have the columns: Submitted. By and Submittted, and dtm.

How can I save a Microsoft form response with questions?
You can print a Form submission, questions and answers both, as a PDF through the Form application’s “View Results” interface. I didn’t see any obvious print to PDF solutions available through Flow for Forms, but I didn’t look for very long.
It’s not automated per se, but it’s way better than creating individual PDFs. *Edit, unless I’m mistaken, Mail Merge will let you save directly to PDFs.
Other option is to keep it like this and give the specific people access to the folders where the answers are stored. Important thing here is that the Folder name should have the same name as the answer of the first question in Forms. It should store the answers per question and the attachments.
