The photos deleted from Microsoft One. Drive are not completely deleted unless the recycle bin is emptied. You can permanently delete them from recycle bin. To do so, go to your One. That is not correct. On later versions of Windows photos are synced to One, and drive. Don’t remember if you need to enable it or if it is the default setting. If you delete a photo on your phone it is also deleted on One, and drive. If you want to keep it, just copy it to another folder first.
