How does outlook convert UTC time to local time?
On the attendee’s computer, Outlook converts UTC to the local computer time by using the Windows current time zone settings. This equates to 10 A. M. Eastern Time, attendee’s local computer time, and this is the time for which the meeting is scheduled on the attendee’s calendar.
