Amazon has its own appstore and doesn’t offer Google Earth. If you do a web search you may find the apk file, but whether you’d be able to install it I don’t know.

Also how would you navigate and zoom in and out using the amazon remote control? Only if Amazon make it available as an app to download. Can’t answer your second question but you can certainly install the Google Play Store on Amazon devices, hence any Google Play app.
Then on your Kindle, swipe down to get Settings / More / Device / and then enable or check the box that says “Allow Installation of Applications from unknown sources”Now download this application, Easy Installerfrom Amazon’s Android App store. Open Easy Installer and it will show the Google Earth installer in it.
