To invite your accountant (or another user) to access your Xero data file, from the dashboard, click Settings > General Settings and then under Organisations select ‘Users’. Click the button labelled ‘Invite a User’ and fill in the ‘Enter their details’ form with their details. I suggest you give your accountant full access.
Step 1 – Click the Organisation Menu at the top of the page. Step 2 – Click ‘Settings’ from the drop-down menu. Step 4 – Click the Green ‘Invite a user’ button found at the right of the page. Step 5 – Fill in the name and email address of your accountant in the provided fields.
