Click on Subscriptions and make sure that Visio is shown there (this is the O365 Subscription that is assigned and NOT a standalone). Next click on Settings. You will see an option for INSTALL SOFTWARE.

How long does it take to download Visio 365?
Once back in, I was able to download Visio 365, but it did take over 45 minutes to download and install (significantly longer than the base Office 365 package). Thanks to you both for your help and suggestions.
