Orochimaru was fast enough to keep up with 4 tailed Naruto. Sage Jiraiya’s speed from what I’ve seen, is as fast as Orochimaru. Orochimaru has better summons minus those uber frogs, more versatile techniques, vast healing and regenerative capabilities, and is virutally immortal in the ninja world.
