Microsoft Lists helps you personalize your data visually with its view options. There are four main types of Lists’ view – Grid, List, Gallery, and Calendar. Grid view is the best solution if you want to list your information to be edited quickly.

Some authors claimed A list is a collection of data that you can share with your team members and people who you’ve provided access to. You’ll find a number of ready-to-use list templates to provide a good starting point for organizing list items.

How do I use Microsoft lists?

First off, the main experience of Lists will be a web app. The app will be accessed via the Microsoft 365 launcher. From there, the user interface will give you options to start a list. You can make one manually, or choose from templates.

What’s new in Microsoft lists app?

It enables users to track issues, assets, routines, contacts, inventory, and more using customizable views and smart rules and alerts to keep everyone on your team on the same page. The new Microsoft Lists app adds a new way for Microsoft 365 project management apps to compete with task management apps like Wrike and Asana.

Is there more than one Microsoft lists product?

There is only one Lists product and we continue to move it forward. Microsoft Lists are stored in Share. Point sites and can be accessed from the new Lists home page, directly from the Share. Point team site (as shown here), or from within Microsoft Teams. Microsoft Lists is a Microsoft 365 app that helps you track information and organize work.

At Build 2020, we introduced Microsoft Lists, a smart information tracking app in Microsoft 365. Today, we’re thrilled to announce Microsoft Lists begins roll out to Microsoft 365 business customers worldwide, starting this month with the Lists app in Microsoft 365 and next month with the Lists app in Microsoft Teams. The Lists app in Microsoft Teams will begin roll out by the end of August 2020.
