Does microsoft forms come with microsoft 365?

Forms was originally only available on Office 365 Education, however Microsoft have since rolled out Forms to Office 365 commercial customers—which includes Chorus!

If you already have a Business or Education Office 365 account, then Microsoft Forms is an easy way to build and share forms without any additional costs.

Microsoft Forms is included with all Office 365 Education suite licensing and for commercial customers it’s part of the following plans: Office 365 Business Essentials, Office 365 Business Premium, and Office 365 Enterprise E1, E3, and E5 plans.

If you have a university email address and your university has opted into the Office 365 for Education program, then you’ll be able to access Microsoft Forms for free. If, however, you don’t have access to this version, then you’ll need an Office 365 for Business subscription.
