Microsoft forms to sharepoint list?

If you are looking to update a Share. Point list item and the matche between the MS Form and the list item is the User ID field, you have to add a Share. Point – Get items step and in Filter Query field do something like User ID eq ‘User, and id’. This will retrieve the SP list item that contains that respective User ID.

Re: MS Forms data stored in Share. Point List Hi @The, gary B It’s not currently an option to delete data from Forms via Power Automate (formerly Flow) at present. It could possibly be a future addition though I suspect it will need to be advocated on User. Voice for it to get some traction.

Add the Get response details (Microsoft Forms) action (to collect data from the submitted form). Add Create item (Share. Point) action, to create the new item for the submitted response in the list you prepared. Update the Share. Point item data with the data from the response ( incl. date fields ).
