Where do outlook archive emails go?

These archived emails kept in another folder named archived . Whenever you are in need of older archived emails, you need to open the Archive folder. You can go to the navigation pane directly and open an archive folder or it’s a subfolder.

It is easy to find archived emails in Outlook. Because outlook provides the folder for this. When you archive an email, then, it moves to the Archived folder and hides from the inbox. So, you can also use this option to save your important emails. After that, you can easily find those emails. Outlook provides the “Archive” folder.

All of your archived emails will be stored to that folder. If you chose to create a new folder, you can access that folder on the left pane of the screen. Otherwise, you can search messages by using the Search function located on the upper-left pane of the screen.
