These archived emails kept in another folder named archived . Whenever you are in need of older archived emails, you need to open the Archive folder. You can go to the navigation pane directly and open an archive folder or it’s a subfolder.
It is easy to find archived emails in Outlook. Because outlook provides the folder for this. When you archive an email, then, it moves to the Archived folder and hides from the inbox.
