Why webex no sound?

When trying to play/share a Video over webex (i. e from Youtube), the audio is not shared. Normally you have the ‘Optimize for motion and video’ which allows you to ‘Share Audio’ but it is missing on my customers setup. Has anyone experienced this before please.
